Pressure Cleaned Roof in Coral Springs

This roof in Coral Springs was not only very dirty but the last company that cleaned the roof used a “soft wash” system. I have to tell you, that is the worst thing about your roof! Unfortunately hidden behind a clever name. This process is done by spraying your roof with chlorine and simply hosing it off. The problems are Kenny but for the sake of time, we will only address the fact that that chlorine gets under your tiles, and when hoses are off the top it doesn’t always get from under the tiles allowing the chlorine to eat away at the underlayment and destroying your roof from under the tiles. Needless to say, we do NOT do that, we clean your roof with surface cleaners and a lot of labor.
