This is a small flat roof in Oakland, we cleaned the tile roof for the Customer who just purchased the property and was turning it into an Air B&B. (Place is amazing) They were concerned about the flat roof and It’s integrity, after inspection we informed them that with a cleaning and Elastomeric coating we could restore it for them. this process gives them at least 7 years of waterproofing & peace of mind.
