Roof Cleaning Ft. Lauderdale

We cleaned this split-level poured concrete roof for a customer in East Ft Lauderdale. They didn’t think it would come clean due to the condition of it, the amount of black mold & red algae. Although some of the red algae actually stained the roof coating it came out pretty good. We gave them a quote to put another coat of Elastomeric coating on it, and we will be doing this in a few weeks.
