Silicone Roof Coating in Ft. Lauderdale

The customer contacted us because he wanted a solution to his aging roofs at his storage facility other than replacing them. (48,000 Sq Ft. 15 buildings)

After inspection we determined that were could extend the life of the roofs as well as give him a 10 year warranty.

we cleaned the roofs then applied a base coat (primer) and topped them off with solid coat of gray silicone (21 Mils) as per the customers request. Generally we suggest white silicone for energy efficiency but these were storage units and A/C was not a concern.
