Silicone Roof Coating In Oakland Park, FL

We were contacted by the the customer because they’re roof was starting to show some wear and they were interested in options to insure a water tight system as well as an increase in the overall life of the roof. We cleaned the roof in preparation for a base coat (primer) then applied a healthy coat of silicone. This process gives the customer multiple benefits such as on uniform system, water tight, energy efficient and will extend the life of the roof by up to 20 years. This project was 40,000 square feet, and we were able to finish it in three weeks. The client was pleased and gave us a 5-Star review and a letter of recommendation.
