The customer contacted us because they’re roof we’re having some minor leaks in a couple of the bays and did not have the finances in reserve for a new roof. We cleaned the roof, addressed some of the issues (open laps between joints and along parapet walls), applied a base coat (primer), and finished with a healthy coat of silicone. This gave the bay owners a uniform, watertight, energy-efficient roofing system, as well as a 10-year warranty and a 15-20-year extended life on the roof.
